Returns and Exchange Policy
At Lamaé Studios, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Should you find yourself less than delighted with your order, our seamless return and exchange policy is here to accommodate your needs.
Please Note:
- Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and with tags attached.
- Ensure caution when trying garments on, as returns will not be accepted if items have makeup stains, odors, or any marks.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- All issued store credits will not expire.
Refunds:
- Please be aware that we offer the full refund of returned items within 10 business days in UAE and up to 30 days for international orders.
- Refunds may incur a processing fee. We will communicate the potential fees via email, used for the transaction.
Pre Orders:
- Please be aware that we offer special pre order opportunities on sold out collections, the cancellation of a pre order purchase is not possible at this stage.
- We offer these pre orders on highly requested sets that are out of stock, due to our limited production volumes. The timeframes and expected delivery dates are communicated on our social channels, inside the product pages and via email.

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We collect only full payments on all pre orders and fulfill the items once they are in our inventory.
If the order has been placed, you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund once fulfilled based on our return policies. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
Returns:
- To initiate a return, please contact us at info@lamae-studios.com within 7 days of receiving your order, providing your order number and details.
- Ensure items are unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging materials.
- Securely pack the products and send them to the address provided by our customer service team. The customer covers return shipping costs.
- Following receipt and verification of the returned items, your refund will be processed. See refund section for details.
Exchanges:
- To exchange an item for a different size or color, contact us at info@lamae-studios.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and exchange details.
- Items should be unused, in their original state, and include all tags and packaging.
- Pack and ship items securely to the address given by our customer service. Shipping costs for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.
- Upon receiving and verifying the items, we will process the exchange and dispatch the new items to you.
- All exchanges are bound to our existing inventory, pre order purchases might be excluded from exchange, due to the custom amount of stock produced, we will communicate the potential exchange process via email and on our social channels.
Important Notes:
- Returns or exchanges on personalized or custom-made items are not accepted.
- To process your returns or exchanges we need to receive the items within 30 days of shipping.
- Lamaé Studios reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet our specific policy criteria.
- Please allow up to 10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, for processing returns or exchanges.
