  1. Processing Time:
    • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

  2. Shipping Methods:
    • We offer express shipping for domestic and international shipping.
    • Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout. And is shown as reference in the table below.

     

  3. Order Tracking:
    • Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to you via email, allowing you to monitor the delivery status.

     

  4. International Shipping:
    • We currently offer express international shipping to select countries.
    • International shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the destination.

    • Any applicable fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Tax and duty fees are defined at the destination and we can not provide any estimations yet.

  5. GCC Shipping:
    • We currently offer express GCC shipping to:
      • Saudi Arabia
      • Kuwait
      • Bahrrain
      • Qatar
      • Oman

The specified delivery times may vary depending on factors such as the time of year, holiday seasons, weekends, and during Ramadan.

International Shipping to High risk countires (Iraq, Palestina, Libya) Will have an extra surcharge of AED45.

Lamaé Studios holds no responsibility for lost packages in cases where customers have supplied an incorrect address. Ensuring the accuracy of the shipping/delivery address is the customer's responsibility. Regrettably, Lamaé Studios cannot provide reimbursement for packages delivered to an incorrect address.
