Please Note:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and with tags attached.
  • Ensure caution when trying garments on, as returns will not be accepted if items have makeup stains, odors, or any marks.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • All issued store credits will not expire.

  • Please be aware that we offer the full refund of returned items within 10 business days in UAE and up to 30 days for international orders.
  • Refunds may incur a processing fee. We will communicate the potential fees via email, used for the transaction.

 

Pre Orders:

What is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order is a purchase of a garment that is not yet in inventory but will be created and fulfilled once your order is placed. This allows us to maintain our commitment to sustainable production practices and ensure each piece meets our exacting standards. Pre-orders are offered on:
  • Highly requested designs from sold-out collections
  • Exclusive limited-edition pieces
  • Custom or made-to-order garments
  • New seasonal collections prior to general availability

 

Returns & Refund Policy for Pre-Orders

Pre-ordered items are excluded from our standard return and refund policy due to their made-to-order nature. Each piece is created specifically for you from inception, making returns and refunds handled on a case-by-case basis.

Sizing & Length Issues

Should you experience any sizing or length-related concerns with your pre-ordered garment, we are committed to making it right at no cost to you. We will:
  • Assess the issue upon receipt
  • Provide a solution (alteration, remake, or exchange)
  • Cover all alteration costs
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, we will cover all return shipping for defects or quality issues on our end.

Quality Assurance

Every pre-ordered garment undergoes rigorous quality control before shipment. If you receive your item and identify any defects in craftsmanship or materials, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email. We will resolve the issue promptly and at no cost to you.

Requesting a Refund

Once your pre-ordered garment has been fulfilled and shipped to you, refund requests are evaluated individually. Please note:
  • Refunds are not guaranteed for pre-ordered items
  • Each request is assessed based on the condition of the garment and circumstances
  • If a refund is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item

Cancellations

Pre-order purchases cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed. This is because production begins immediately upon order confirmation, and each garment is created specifically for you.
However, we understand that circumstances change. If you have concerns about your order or need to discuss options, please reach out to us via WhatsApp at WhatsApp as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at info@lamae-studios.com within 7 days of receiving your order, providing your order number and details.
  • Ensure items are unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging materials.
  • Securely pack the products and send them to the address provided by our customer service team. The customer covers return shipping costs.
  • Following receipt and verification of the returned items, your refund will be processed. See refund section for details.

 

Exchanges:

  • To exchange an item for a different size or color, contact us at info@lamae-studios.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and exchange details.
  • Items should be unused, in their original state, and include all tags and packaging.
  • Pack and ship items securely to the address given by our customer service. Shipping costs for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Upon receiving and verifying the items, we will process the exchange and dispatch the new items to you.
  • All exchanges are bound to our existing inventory, pre order purchases might be excluded from exchange, due to the custom amount of stock produced, we will communicate the potential exchange process via email and on our social channels.

 

Refunds:

  • Returns or exchanges on personalized or custom-made items are not accepted.
  • To process your returns or exchanges we need to receive the items within 30 days of shipping.
  • Lamaé Studios reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet our specific policy criteria.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, for processing returns or exchanges.

Customer Responsibility for Accuracy

Ensuring the accuracy of the shipping and delivery address is the customer's responsibility. Lamaé Studios cannot provide reimbursement or free replacements for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer at the time of purchase.

 

Lost Package Investigation Protocol

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact our Customer Success team within 48 hours of the marked delivery date. We will immediately initiate a formal investigation with the shipping carrier.

Our investigation relies on GPS delivery data and carrier logs to determine the exact location where the package was scanned as delivered.

 

Resolution Scenarios

Scenario Investigation Finding Resolution Policy
Carrier Error GPS data confirms the package was delivered to an address different from the one provided by the customer. Full Replacement: We will ship a replacement of your order at no additional cost. If the item is out of stock, a full refund or store credit will be issued.
Customer Address Error GPS data confirms the package was delivered to the exact address provided by the customer, but the address was incorrect. Case-by-Case Discount: While we cannot offer a free replacement, we may offer a one-time discount on a replacement order or store credit as a gesture of goodwill.
Verified Delivery GPS data confirms delivery to the correct address, but the package is missing (e.g., potential theft after delivery). Supportive Assistance: We will provide all necessary documentation for you to file a police report or a claim with your homeowners/renters insurance. Replacements/store credit in this scenario are at our discretion.


Postal/Carrier Errors

In cases where a package is lost in transit (no delivery scan) or misdelivered due to a documented carrier error, Lamaé Studios takes full responsibility for providing a replacement or Store Credit.

While we take every precaution, Lamaé Studios cannot be responsible for:
• Incorrect shipping information
• Shipment delays
• Lost, damaged, or stolen parcels


If you experience delivery issues, please contact the courier directly so they can assist you as quickly as possible.


Please note:
• If your order was shipped with free shipping and you return it, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
• If you paid for shipping, this amount is non-refundable and any additional charges incurred during shipment are the customer's responsibility.


Lost or Stolen Parcels
In the rare event that a parcel is lost or stolen, please contact the courier directly so they can open an investigation as quickly as possible.


We're unable to offer refunds or store credit for parcels marked as delivered while you were unavailable, away, or unable to receive them, so we kindly recommend arranging a safe delivery option or having someone available to accept your order.


Lamaé Studios reserves the right to request a signed affidavit or police report before processing replacements for high-value orders.
